I help organizations solve complex business problems through a combination of business analysis, process design, technology and AI-enabled solutions.
Over the last decade, I have worked across startups, consulting, banking, cybersecurity, analytics, digital transformation and education. My experience ranges from building operational processes from scratch and defining KPIs to managing enterprise technology initiatives and improving business workflows.
I enjoy working where business strategy meets technology execution. Recently, my focus has shifted toward Generative AI, product thinking and practical automation, exploring how emerging technologies can improve decision making, reduce operational friction and create measurable business value.
My Journey
My career started in education, where I taught communication skills, English and interview preparation. Those years helped me develop one of the most valuable skills in consulting: the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical way.
I later joined an EdTech startup as its first employee and helped build the company from the ground up. This exposed me to every aspect of running a business, including hiring, process design, operations, technology, digital marketing and performance measurement.
That entrepreneurial experience eventually led me into enterprise consulting and business analysis, where I worked across banking, cybersecurity, data platforms and business transformation initiatives. Today I continue to combine business understanding with technology and AI to solve real-world business challenges.
